环保多功能碱性除油剂


LW-31环保多功能碱性除油剂 适用于铝及其合金阳极氧化工艺前处理工序,能有效去除基材表面自然氧化 膜、油污、毛刺、喷砂基材表面浮砂等,并无需酸性中和除灰,便可获得洁净、均匀、细腻、柔和的金属表面。

酸性废水产生量

产生大量酸性(含氟)废水,生产每吨铝材产生废水量为 5 8 吨。占整条氧化线产生酸性废水量的大部分。

不产生酸性废水,相反生产每吨铝材产生约 2 3 吨碱性废水。节约了大量废水处理成本。

铝损耗

铝损耗较大,生产每吨铝材铝损耗在 4 8 公斤,按年产量 1 万吨计算,每年挤压坯料浪费重量 40 80 吨。

铝损不及碱腐蚀的十分之一,平均约为 0.4 公斤 / 吨,每年节约的原材料成本非常可观。

废渣产生量

产生大量废渣,增加了生产成本。氧化废渣七成以上由前处理产生。

产生的废渣不及传统工艺的十分之一。大幅缩减废渣处理成本。

车间环境

碱腐蚀槽在工作时会产生大量碱雾,不仅恶化了生产人员的工作环境,对车间设备及氧化、电泳工艺也会有破坏作用,增加了管理成本。

无碱雾、碱味污染空间。对车间环境友好。

含氟离子。

LW-31 Eco-friendly&Multi-functional Alkaline Degreasing Additive is suitable for pre-treatment of anodic oxidation process to aluminum and its alloys. It can effectively remove natural oxide film, oil stain, burr, floating sands on the surface of the sand-blasted aluminum profiles and no need to go through the acid neutralization process but the clean, uniform, delicate and soft metal surface can be obtaines .
